Objective:

  • TO immerse the participants in business english from the moment that start the course.
  • TO GUIDE THEM to solve 'basic situations' that may face in their job.
  • This course provides the right tools to prepare the participants to continue their preparation in Business English.

Participants: Open to anyone interested in receiving Business English Training.

Class time: 12:30 a 14:00 hr ( Tuesdays and Thursdays)
18:30 a 20:00 hr (Mondays and Wednesdays)

Duration: First Module: March-June - Second Module: July - November

Intensive Pre-Intermediate (2 modules)

Objective :

  • To immerse the participant to Business English situations, vocabulary and terms.
  • To develop confidence in the language by solving daily job situations.
  • To increase fluency and understanding of the language.
  • To train the participants to sit for an International Business Exam from the University of Cambridge in
    England . Level: BEC Preliminary (BEC I).

The participant takes the exam in the city of Montevideo and it is corrected at the University of Cambridge - England.
Class Time : 18:30 a 20:00 hs (Tuesdays and Thursdays) Length: March - November
Participants: Open to anyone who would like to improve his/her oral comunication in English as well as the writing skill.

 Intensive Intermediate (2 modules)

Objective:

  • To train the participant to sit for an international exam in the business area.
  • Bec Vantage (BEC II) from the University of Cambridge.
  • The exam is taken in Montevideo and its correction is made in England.

In the training programme there is a strong emphasis on the oral skill not abandoning the other 3 main areas : listening, writing and reading, in order of preference.
Class Time: 18.30 to 20.00 twice a week.
Participants: Anybody from Maritime Agencies to Private or Public Companies who would would like to train in Business English.

Nivel : Intensive Upper Intermediate (2 módulos)

Objetive :

  • To prepare candidates to cover a comprehensive range of Business Language needs.
  • This level enables the participants to take the highest level in Business area of BEC exam,
    BEC VANTAGE (BEC II), from the University of Cambridge.
  • This exam is taken in Montevideo and is sent to be corrected to Cambridge-England.

This exam trains candidates to master the 4 basic skills: Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening. All our courses aim at developing the SPEAKING ability further than the other 3 areas.
Class Time: 18:30 a 20:00 hs (Tuesdays and Thursdays - Mondays and Wednesdays)
Participants: Managers, trainers who want to master the Business area successfully.

Intensive Advanced II (2 modules)

Objetive :

  • Practice focused on Proficiency level in a Business environment.
  • Train the participants to work on the 4 basic areas (reading, writing, listening and speaking) emphasizing the ORAL skills above the rest.
  • Training with Native Teachers

Participants: Anyone interested in receiving Business training

Time: Mornings and Evenings
Frequency: 3 times a week ( 1h30 each)
